WHAT IS A CONVERSION CREDIT?

One credit pays for one standard conversion.

A conversion credit is simply a unit of processing allowance. Images, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and eBooks use 1 credit per conversion. Audio uses 3 and video uses 10 because those files consume substantially more server time, storage and bandwidth.

Example: 10 credits can convert 10 images, 3 audio files with 1 credit remaining, or 1 video.

Questions about plans

What exactly is a conversion credit?+

It is a unit deducted when a conversion starts: 1 for a standard file, 3 for audio or 10 for video. The exact cost is always shown before you convert.

Why is the first conversion free?+

It lets you test the quality before registering. After that, a free account gives you a renewable monthly allowance.

What happens when I run out of conversion credits?+

We pause new jobs before they incur processing costs. You can wait for your monthly renewal or upgrade to Pro.

Do unused conversion credits roll over?+

Monthly conversion credits reset on the renewal date. We may add separate pay-as-you-go packs after launch.

Can limits change?+

Yes. We may adjust limits to prevent abuse or reflect processing costs, while publishing material changes clearly.
