Files are uploaded only to provide the conversion you request. Production processing will use encrypted connections and temporary storage.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded and converted files are designed to be deleted automatically after a short retention period. Exact production retention times will be published before conversion services launch.
Accounts and usage records
When you create an account, we store the minimum identity, plan, credit ledger and job metadata required to provide the service and prevent abuse. File contents are not used for advertising.
Anonymous trial protection
We may use a short-lived signed device identifier and a privacy-preserving network identifier to enforce the one-time guest trial and rate limits.
Analytics and advertising
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent and applicable law.
