Permitted use
Use the service only for files you own or are authorised to process. Do not upload illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content.
Plans, credits and limits
Guest, Free and Pro plans have published file-size, credit and rate limits. Video and audio jobs may consume more credits than standard files. Monthly credits reset and do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Abuse prevention
We may reject, pause or close jobs and accounts that evade limits, automate excessive requests, upload unsafe files or threaten service reliability.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable conversion tools but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every conversion will perfectly preserve complex formatting.
Your responsibility
Keep a backup of important originals and check converted files before relying on them for critical work.
Changes
Tools, prices and limits may change as the service improves or infrastructure costs change. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
